Terms of Use
Last updated September 21, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Band Manager (also referred to as Stage Plot Manager) at planmystage.com and related sites (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy statement.
The Service is provided as a beta product. Features may change, break, or be unavailable without notice.
2. The Service
Band Manager is a web app for managing bands, members, songs, events, payments, and stage plots. You can invite others, share band data according to roles, and export stage plots and patch lists as PDFs.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign up with email and password or with Google. Invited members complete registration by setting a password.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a band or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that group to these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including scraping or overloading it
- Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when inviting or adding members
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you add to the Service, including band rosters, songs, event details, comments, stage plots, and uploaded images. You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
Band managers and members you invite can see content shared with that band, according to their role. If you make your profile public, other managers may find your name and email in the member directory.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you store, including payment amounts and member details. We do not process card payments through the Service; payment records are notes you keep for your own band.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Stage plots, patch lists, and PDFs are planning tools; you remain responsible for on-site production decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (which is currently zero if the Service is offered without a paid subscription).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Band Manager site at planmystage.com.
